During my 30 year corporate, public accounting and consulting career, I’ve been a finance executive or advisor for businesses from a few million dollar in sales to those those making over $200 million in annual sales.
I’ve done just about everything during my corporate career, including:
Managed back-office accounting operations, including creating high performing teams
Directed financial, budgeting and forecasting for a $200 million business
Managed implementation of multi-million financial systems.
Directed projects to automate and streamline accounting operations to improve productivity and profitability
And now, I bring these experiences and focus on business partnership to visionary 7- and 8-figure female entrepreneurs that are ready to level up their business.

When I got out of the corporate world and started working with and talking to female business owners, I realized they had many of the same problems as bigger companies, but they didn’t have access to one of a big CEO’s biggest allies: a rockstar CFO.
The CEO/CFO partnership is one of a CEO’s most critical partnerships, especially when the CEO doesn’t come from the Finance ranks (which they usually don’t).
The favorite part of my corporate career was the relationships I built with visionary leaders, where I was an involved and embedded member of their team, helping them achieve epic goals.
This is the experience I aim to give my 7- and 8-figure clients, most of whom have never had this type of relationship with their accountant before.
I work with a limited number of clients, so I can provide a high-touch, high-impact, relationship driven experience that lets my clients level up their business in epic ways.

Profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements — they kinda bore me.
Financial statements are just numbers on a piece of paper until you figure out the story they are telling. And that’s where the real work is.
If pretty financials are all you need or want, I’m not for you. Frankly, any decent accountant can get you those.
Those are the ones that want to meet with you once a month, hand you your statements and send you on your way.
But you need more than that. Because you have a vision. And you need more than a transactional bookkeeper or a bean counter accountant.
